What compliance documentation does GreenLife Bamboo provide?
Every order ships with a GST tax invoice carrying HSN codes per line. On request we issue a written material and process declaration covering species, moisture limit and the absence of bleach, wax and coating, plus any current test report for the SKU and batch you ordered. Export consignments add a packing list, commercial invoice and destination paperwork.

Standards our process is built around
Food-contact suitability
Sticks are untreated bamboo: split, shaped, kiln dried below 12% moisture and mechanically polished. Nothing is bleached, waxed or coated, so there is no migration risk from a surface treatment.
Plastic Waste Management Rules
Every stick format we make — stirrers, candy and lollipop sticks, ear-bud sticks, cutlery-adjacent items — is a permitted bamboo replacement for a restricted single-use plastic item.
GST and HSN documentation
Each line on our invoice carries the correct HSN code and GST rate, which is what your finance team needs to claim input credit and what an audit asks to see.
Export documentation
Container consignments ship with a commercial invoice, packing list and the fumigation or phytosanitary paperwork the destination requires, arranged per shipment.
We publish only what we can evidence for your order. If a buyer questionnaire needs a specific certificate or lab report, send it with your enquiry and we will answer it line by line rather than point you at a generic claim.
