Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order ships with a GST tax invoice carrying the HSN code for the item, and you can add your GSTIN at checkout to claim input credit.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged by parcel weight — from ₹149 for packs up to 500 g, ₹469 up to 5 kg, and per kilo above that. Orders above ₹2,500 get ₹199 off the courier charge, so light orders ship free. The exact figure is shown in the cart before you pay.
Is there a discount on larger quantities?
Yes — 7% off from 5 packs of a SKU and 15% off from a carton. Beyond that, wholesale and export pricing is quoted on a trade enquiry.
Are the sticks treated with bleach or wax?
No. Culms are split, shaped and kiln dried to under 12% moisture, then polished mechanically. Nothing is bleached, waxed or coated.
Do retail packs come with a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order, however small, gets a GST invoice emailed on payment and available from the order desk. Prices shown on the store are GST inclusive, so the amount you pay at checkout is the amount on the invoice — nothing is added at the last step.
How fast do orders ship, and where do you deliver?
Paid orders leave our Bengaluru unit in one to three working days and are delivered pan-India by our courier partners. Metro addresses typically receive in two to four days; the rest of India in three to seven. A tracking number reaches you by email as soon as the courier scans the parcel.
Which size should I buy for home barbecue and party food?
For paneer tikka, chicken tikka and vegetable satay, 10 inch (25 cm) skewers at 3.0–4.0 mm are the safe all-round choice: long enough to load six to eight pieces and thick enough not to spin on the grill. For canapés, cocktail bites and fruit picks, 4 to 6 inch at 2.5 mm works better.
Are the sticks food safe and untreated?
Yes. They are made from mature Bambusa culm, boiled, kiln dried to under 12% moisture, polished and packed — no bleach, no dye and no chemical coating. That is why the natural colour varies slightly from batch to batch.
Can I return a pack?
Food-contact bamboo sticks are consumable and non-returnable once the pack is opened, which is why we flag it at checkout. If a parcel arrives damaged, broken or short, send us a photo within 48 hours over WhatsApp and we replace or refund the affected packs.
I need cartons, not packs. Where do I go?
Anything from ten cartons upwards is priced as trade. Send the sizes and monthly volume through the trade enquiry form and you get a carton and per-thousand-piece price, lead time and private-label options within a working day.
