GreenLife Bamboo makes flat kulfi and ice-cream sticks in 93 mm and 114 mm lengths and round lollipop sticks from 2.5 mm to 4.0 mm diameter. All are made from food-grade bamboo, edge-rounded so they will not splinter in the mouth, and dried for dimensional stability inside frozen product.

Do bamboo kulfi sticks affect taste?
No. The sticks are untreated, unbleached and odour free, so they do not transfer flavour to frozen dessert.
Are they stronger than birch sticks?
Bamboo has a higher fibre density than birch, so a 2 mm bamboo stick carries a heavier kulfi bar without bending at the neck.
