This website is operated by GreenLife Bamboo (a unit of Zayd Solutions). References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean that entity. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

Bamboo is a natural material. Colour, grain and shade vary between batches, and published dimensions are nominal with our stated manufacturing tolerance. Photographs are indicative and are not a guarantee of an exact shade.

Pack counts are stated per product. Where a price shows “Price on request”, no offer is made until we confirm a written quotation.

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST is charged at the rate shown against each product and a GST tax invoice is issued for every order. Add your GSTIN at checkout if you intend to claim input credit; it cannot be added after the invoice is raised.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm payment and accept the order. If an item is mispriced or unavailable we may cancel and refund in full.

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not store card details. Orders are processed only after the gateway confirms a successful payment. Trade orders may be invoiced on agreed terms in writing.

Delivery timelines, charges and tracking are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

Cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All text, photography, video and design on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission. Private-label artwork you supply for printing remains yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
