Bulk ordering: cartons, MOQ and lead times

How does bulk ordering work and what are the lead times?
Retail packs ship from stock in one to two working days. Carton quantities dispatch in three to five working days. Wholesale starts at 10–20 cartons per SKU and export is quoted per container, where the lead time is production-driven and quoted with the price.

What counts as a carton?
A carton is a fixed physical size across the range; the piece count inside changes with the diameter of the stick. Each product page lists pieces per pack and packs per carton so you can convert an annual usage figure into cartons.
When does trade pricing beat the website?
Website volume pricing steps down at 5 packs and again at a carton. Beyond a carton, a trade quote is almost always lower because freight and packing are priced for the actual consignment rather than a single parcel.
What do you need to quote?
SKU or dimensions, annual or monthly volume, delivery PIN code or port, and whether packs need private-label printing. That is enough for a firm price and lead time.
